Jane Bowler has been on the scene since graduating from the RCA and has made a large influence on the fashion and style scene, featuring on Vogue.com’s designer listings and having an impressive celebrity clientele. Jessie J, Rita Ora and Azelia Banks are just a few of those to regularly sport her innovative designs, and they have featured in publications such as Nylon, Dazed & Confused and Hunger magazine. Her AW13 collection was based on the concept of ‘tessellate’ (To form into a mosaic pattern, as by using small squares of stone or glass) which gave her the chance to really play with concepts such as light and texture to create emphasis and dramatic effect. The collection had a beautiful futuristic effect conveying her eye for fun yet sophisticated design, and leaves us wondering what the future collections will have in store…
